For this project, the clients envisioned a modern family room with a refined, hotel-lobby vibe. Their existing sofa was the main piece we needed to work around, so the design was thoughtfully built to complement and elevate what they already owned. The biggest challenge was working with two large empty walls while making sure nothing distracted from the true focal point, the fireplace, TV, and window wall. To keep the space balanced and serene, we added a subtle, nature, inspired artwork to one wall for softness and warmth. On the opposite wall, we installed custom walnut panels with integrated LED lighting to create a clean, architectural moment that feels luxurious without overwhelming the room. These thoughtful additions completed the space and brought in that elevated, hotel-like atmosphere the clients were dreaming of.
